At Snowball Annotation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital software, all sales are final once a license key has been issued.

If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the software, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue. If we’re unable to fix it, we may issue a full refund at our discretion.
